Good news, everyone!

Heya guys, so I’ve got some good news to share with you guys!

By the way, if you had read the title of this post like Professor Farnsworth from Futurama, you got yourself an extra 15 points for a game of whatever.

A lot of things have happened since my last post. Let me just summarise things here and keep it down to 10 major events so you can keep up easily.

  1. Since last year, I have been working for Phase One as an Area Sales Support Engineer for the South-East Asian market.
  2. I am based in Singapore. If you’re residing in South-East Asia and need assistance or have enquiries about our medium format camera systems or Capture One Pro software, drop me an email.
  3. I’ve been traveling a fair bit as a result of working with Phase One – namely Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand and Hong Kong. It’s been a blast!
  4. I have registered The Art of Mezame as a business entity (for formality purposes). I will continue producing pop-culture related photography.
  5. I am now a member of the Professional Photographers Association Singapore!
  6. I’ve been giving a lot of talks on photography to various communities – Instagrammers, professional Photographers, hobbyist groups, etc. – all over South-East Asia. I even did one in a primary school, hoping to inspire the kids there!
  7. I have caught Steven Spielberg’s Ready Player One (based on a novel by Ernest Cline) and I am now on a side quest – a personal project involving toy photography! Exciting times ahead!
  8. I am planning on doing a photobook which I hope to release to the public by the end of the year. It will be self-published and will be sold in some select channels.
  9. I have expanded my team! I have Zick and Emily as members of my crew now for our photography projects. More experimentations coming up!
  10. I will be running some photography seminars/workshops this year alongside the National Library Board as well as with other Photographers! Details soon!

Bonus: For fans of digital composites, Raw Exchange International is still doing well. Check out what we have in store for you!
